FAQ'S

Do you perform surgeries?
No, we only perform non-invasive or minimally invasive aesthetic medical procedures (injectables, topical, or with equipment).
Can I have the treatment on the same day as the assessment?
Of course, we set aside time so that you can receive your treatment on the same day as your evaluation, as long as you're a candidate.
How long does the consultation last?
About an hour if you're a first-time patient. If you're undergoing multiple treatments, the time may increase to an hour and a half.
Who applies the treatments?
All injectables will always be administered by one of our board-certified surgeons. Topical or device-based treatments may be administered by nurses or cosmetologists.
Do I need to take any precautions before the appointment?
It is recommended not to take any anti-inflammatory drugs 3 days before your appointment to reduce the risk of bruising.
Who cannot undergo the treatments?
The treatments are very noble, so there are very few people who cannot undergo the treatment: pregnant women, breastfeeding women, those allergic to any of the materials, and cancer patients.
Are the treatments painful?
The needles used for the treatments are extremely small, so discomfort is minimal. In the case of fillers, they all contain lidocaine to make the procedure even less painful.
If I start getting treatments at a young age, won't my face become deformed?
Of course not. Remember that preventative medicine is the best medicine. The sooner you start, the better and more natural-looking the results will be.
Do I need to take days off from work?
It's not necessary. In most procedures, there's very little swelling, so you can return to your activities immediately afterward, and no one will notice.
I have an important event, how long before should I arrive to have the procedure done?
Ideally, it's two months before. If there's still a month to go, you're still in time. If your event is in 8 or 15 days, although we can perform the procedure, you should keep in mind that some bruising may occur.
What is the care after treatment?
They are very simple: use sunscreen, do not touch or massage the area, do not exercise or go to saunas, steam rooms or swimming pools for 24 hours, do not wear makeup for the next 24 hours, do not consume alcohol or take anti-inflammatories (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac...) for the next 48 hours and avoid facial apparatus treatments unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
What are the side effects?
They are generally associated with the injection and include redness, swelling, some discomfort, and bruising.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major national credit cards.
Do you have interest-free months?
We sometimes have promotions with some cards, ask about them.
